Richard’s career included serving on the parent board and Thales Plc, where he was Chief Executive and a member of Thales SA’s executive board in Paris. He was a member of the Governments National Defence Industry Council and a Vice President of the FEI at the turn of the Century. His past Non Executive Directorships and Charmanships include Netia SA, IFCO Systems NV, Planit Holdings Ltd, t+ Medical Ltd, OBS Medical Ltd, Kylmar Holdings Ltd (now part of General Dynamics), Vivista Holdings Ltd (now part of Capita Plc), & Software Radio Technology Plc.
He is a Freeman of the City of London, Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Information Technologists, Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts Manufacturers, Member of the Institute of Directors, ex Lay member of the Church of England’s General Synod and Chairman of the 2011/12/13 EY’s Entrepreneur of the Year judging panel for London and South. In 2014 he was short listed as Non Executive Director of the Year for Quoted Fully Listed Companies.

Graham is an experienced Managing Director, Chief Executive, and Chairman with extensive experience in the IT, microelectronic, telecoms and defence sectors.
Graham was formally the Chief Executive and Chairman of European Data Systems Ltd. Having built and sold his own company Graham has used his experience working with Public, Private and Venture Backed Companies in a number of technology-related businesses and has in-depth experience of acquisitions and exits.
He is a member of the Institution of Electrical Engineers (IEE) and a graduate in Physics and Electronics and Finalist in the PriceWaterhouse business of the year awards and is also a member of the PWC turnaround panel.
Alex is a practised non-executive director, strategy adviser and business coach with extensive experience of managing services across sectors, borders and cultures in small and medium as well as multinational enterprises.
Following his 32 years with the Barclays Group,working in Europe at CEO, COO, Finance and Sales Director levels, he is now an investor and board member of a number of innovative technology companies in the areas of big data and analytics, digital transformation, detection and communication and software licensing efficiency.
From his own professional experience he is a vocal advocate of cyber security and of the need to build user awareness around strong authentication and data privacy. He also hates passwords with a passion!
